Contact Center Agents (Home based Canada or USA West Coast and East Coast time zones) – Quote, book and service both B2C and B2B channels through multi-communication platforms such as inbound/outbound telephone calls, email, webchat and call-back. Providing high quality and knowledgeable information on products and services offered to customers located in multiple geographical locations whilst proactively seeking out selling or upselling opportunities to achieve growth and company revenue goals. Legal Officer (Based in Nicosia, Cyprus) – Provide legal advice to the Company on all projects/business plans of the Company. Responsible for the review and drafting of agreements and policies (including marketing, agency related). Responsible for keeping up to date all corporate files. Keeping abreast with legislative changes and monitoring ongoing cases. Carries out legal research and provides legal opinions/advice to the departments and companies of the group on legal issues, such as employment matters, contractual rights and obligations, corporate law issues and interpretation of statutes. 1-2 years of experience. Travel Administrator (Based in Piraeus, Athens) – Creates/Co-ordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities/Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities/Attends travel seminars and conferences.
